Stop Snoring Exercise Program - 3 Minutes A Day to Zero Snoring

The Stop Snoring Exercise Program was developed by Christian Goodman, who had severe snoring for over 20 years.

When Christian was a youth, he was plagued and embarassed by his snoring problem that had kept his friends awake at night during a skiing trip.

After that humiliating experience, Christian had to learn to sleep alone because none of his friends could stand sharing a room with him.

When Christian got married, his snoring worsened and caused his wife to wake up every night.

Their relationship suffered as they took turns to leave the bedroom and slept separately.

Out of desparation, Christian tried using sprays, creams, pills and anti-snoring devices - but nothing worked.

At one stage, Christian actually considered surgery but did not proceed due to his fear of surgery risk and the high expenses involved.

One day, Christian unexpectedly discovered that his wife was teaching her students to sing using exercise techniques that strengthened and opened up the students' breathing passage.

Christian tried and adapted these exercise techniques with the aim of opening the throat and removing other blocks that had caused him to snore.

After three (3) weeks of trial and error, Christian succeeded and snoring was no longer a problem.

It was after this that Christian decided to share what he found to benefit other snorers.

The Stop Snoring Exercise Program was thus developed and the present version contains twenty four (24) step-by-step exercise techniques that Christian had fine-tuned to address at the root level, the common causes of snoring.

Downloadable in audio format, many people have reported success with Christian's program by practising these exercises in as little as 3 minutes per day.
